At a glance
- In the goldsaver.co.uk store, it is not possible to change one’s personal information such as name or surname by oneself.
- This is due to security issues – so that no unauthorized person can easily change this data to their own.
How do I change my name or surname?
If you wish to make such a change (for example, due to a change in marital status or other administrative decision), please contact Customer Service.
Your data may be changed provided you verify that the new data is correct. You have several options for confirming the accuracy of your personal data:
In Goldenmark branches by presentation:
- Identity document: identity card, mCitizen document, passport, foreigner’s residence card, foreigner’s Polish identity card, foreigner’s “permit for tolerated stay” document, sailor’s booklet, soldier’s identity card or driver’s license or
- deed from the civil office confirming the change of name / surname
By sending a scan to weryfikacja@goldenmark.com

Presentation of one of the documents indicated above (in person at the branch or by scan) is to confirm that you, as a person with a PESEL number, which was provided in the goldsaver.co.uk store, have the actual name as indicated in the change request.
If you have mistakenly provided false data during registration, i.e. false name and / or surname, as well as PESEL number, then you should in this case delete the current account and create a new one with real data.
