1. How do automatic reminders work in Goldsaver?
2. How do I set up automatic reminders?
3. How do I turn off automatic reminders?
4. Does it cost anything?

At a glance

  • In Goldsaver it is possible to set up automatic notifications to remind you of your next gold purchases.
  • Automatic reminders can come 7, 10, 14 or 30 days after your last purchase, or on the day of the month of your choice.
  • Reminders can be sent by both email and/or SMS.

How to trigger reminders?

After logging into your Goldsaver store account, you will find the “Communication” section on the left. There you will find the reminder function – a new tool we created for those who have trouble being systematic.

There are two options for selecting reminder times:

  1. After a certain number of days since the last purchase – here we can choose 7, 10, 14 or 30 days since the last purchase. You will receive a reminder after this time has passed.
  2. A specific day of the month.

This option is, of course, free of charge.

We also remind you that you can set up a standing order, which is the most convenient way to buy gold in Goldsaver. For more information on how to set up a standing order, see this article.

Here you can learn why it’s better to buy gold regularly and in smaller quantities than once and more.

How to turn off automatic reminders?

If you no longer want to receive automatic reminders (because, for example, you decide to set up a standing order), you can do so by going to the “Communications” section and changing the period to “never.”
